Butler is great and I have had no complaints with the service, they have a good reputation and history.
I'd certainly recommend Butler over Hellsouth. Butler's AUP is the best thing around.
I'm not sure if you will save a lot, unless you still have POTS and don't plan to drop it for the ever popular cell phone only option. Otherwise in the bang for the buck cable and it's almost static IP win out.
I was able to cut the POTS line down to about $18/month by not have long distance, etc. Since we just finished paying for the Mexican War it might go down (ha ha fat chance).
