    Do you mean something like netmeeting or livemeeting where multiple
    people can control a single document at the same time? This is
    collaboration and you can interoperate with netmeeting as shown here
    http://www.linux.com/base/ldp/howto/NetMeeting-HOWTO/introduction.html.
    Or do you mean you can host the application and multiple people can run
    it independently as if it was on their local machine? This is called SOA
    (Service Oriented Architecture) and google offers this at
    http://docs.google.com.
